Four real differences, in plain English
1. A lookup database is not verification. Ours expires in 60 seconds.
USA Service Dogs gives every dog a lifetime registration number you can search in their database. The problem: that lookup page looks the same whether the person holding the phone is the real handler or someone reusing a screenshot from last year. Our verification issues a signed URL that expires after 60 seconds, watermarks every scan, and logs capture attempts. The person scanning knows the result is live. That difference is the core of our product.
2. Our price is the price. Theirs comes with a permanent discount badge.
As of June 2026, all five kits on their shop page display a struck-through higher price next to the selling price, including the Deluxe kit at $149 "down from" $229. We are not accusing anyone of anything; we are saying you should evaluate $149 as $149, not as a bargain against a number you were never going to pay. Our pricing has no strike-throughs and no countdown timers. $4.99 a month is $4.99 a month.
3. You can start for $4.99 instead of $49.
Their cheapest product is a $49 one-time kit. Ours is a $4.99 monthly toolkit you can cancel: digital card on your phone, live verification, the AI ADA Coach, and the 50-state rules lookup. If it does not earn its keep, cancel and you have spent five dollars. You only pay kit money ($229, lifetime, no renewal) when you actually want the physical kit.
4. We sell ongoing answers, not just gear.
A vest and two cards are useful, but most handler stress is situational: what can a landlord ask in Texas, can a hotel charge a pet fee, what do you say at a restaurant door. Our subscription exists because those questions keep coming. The $149 Deluxe kit packs two cards, a vest, a leash, a tag, and sleeves into one order. If your goal is maximum equipment for one payment, their box beats our $229 kit on sheer item count.
Free size exchanges
Their return policy includes free exchanges within 30 days when a vest or collar does not fit, with no shipping or restocking fee in that window. That is a customer-friendly policy for gear, and worth crediting.
Years in the US market
Their site footer dates the business to 2015 and they carry a large Trustpilot review base (about 1,465 reviews with a five-star average as of June 2026, though third-party scores elsewhere are mixed). We launched our US site in 2026. On domestic longevity, they win.
